Double acting cylinders, with warm gear for the internal set up of the stroke, for hydraulic bending
presses with torsion bar. Complete series from 15 to 500 tons.

GENERALITIES:

1. Drum barrel: Obtained from high quality cold drawn steel or hot rolled one, with accurate internal
manufacturing finishings (diameter tolerance H8 and CLA height 0,25 micron)

2. Stem: Usually made of grinded and chromated steel (chrome thickness 0,3 tenth), with tolerance H7

3. Connections: All drums have a coupling, as for example drilled tapped plates each one with its key-
way, otherwise they could have coupling holed flanged cylinders. The coupling plate and the clamping
system of the stem on the rammer could be made by designer's specific request

4. Seals: We consider standard seals, widely tested, so to be easier to find spare parts.

5. Strokes: You can find strokes of our drums in the schedules, where dimensions and seal order codes
are indicated too.
