Double-acting cylinders for hydraulic bending syncronized presses. Complete series from 30 to 1000 tons.

GENERALITIES:

1. Drum barrel: Obtained from high quality cold drawn steel or hot rolled one, with accurate internal
manufacturing finishings (diameter tolerance H8 and CLA height 0,25 micron)

2. Stem: Usually made of grinded and chromated steel (chrome thickness 0,3 tenth), with tolerance H7,
or by request with tempered induction and grinded

3. Connections: Different solutions are available for the clamping of the cylinders. The coupling plate
could be made by designer's specific request

4. Seals: We consider standard seals, widely tested, so to be easier to find spare parts. Special types of
seals could be made on request

5. Strokes: You can find strokes of our drums in the schedules, where dimensions and seal order codes
are indicated too.
